PRODUCT SHOW
Galvanized Steel Coils are produced through a process of metal coating which involves passing cold rolled coils through a kettle containing molten zinc. This process ensures adhesion of Zinc to the surface of the steel sheet. The Zinc Layer provides excellent corrosion resistance and prolong service life.
Galvanized steel plate is to prevent the surface of the steel plate from being corroded and prolong its service life. The surface of the steel plate is coated with a layer of metal zinc, which is called galvanized steel plate.
TYPE OF SURFACE
After the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is pulled out of the zinc pot, the appearance of the crystal grains formed as the zinc layer cools and solidifies is called spangles. The size, brightness and surface morphology of spangles depend on a series of factors, but they are mainly related to the composition of the zinc layer and the cooling method.Galvanized steel coil has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
